Pros

Staff was friendly (not management).

Cons

My experience with this staffing agency raised several serious concerns about professionalism, workplace culture, and handling of sensitive employee information. During my time interacting with the agency, I witnessed inappropriate and unprofessional comments made about both clients and employees. This included disrespectful remarks about clients, as well as comments that generalized people based on race and gender. For example, there were statements suggesting that certain employees were only effective with clients of the same race, and assumptions made about women being less reliable for interviews based on appearance-related stereotypes. These types of comments were inappropriate and concerning in a professional work environment. I was also uncomfortable with their document-handling process. Employees were asked to submit photos of sensitive identification documents (such as forms of ID) via text message, which were then stored in email rather than through what appeared to be a secure HR or applicant tracking system. Given the sensitivity of this information, this felt insecure and unprofessional. Additionally, employee benefits appeared to be extremely limited, with only the minimum sick leave required under California law being offered. Overall, based on my experience, I would not recommend this agency to job seekers looking for a professional, secure, and respectful workplace.
