The company offers decent benefits, but unfortunately, the work environment is highly disorganized. There is widespread favoritism, and discrimination is common — including bias based on age, sex, and national origin. Management does not provide proper guidance, communication is weak, and concerns are often ignored rather than addressed.
Although the benefits might seem attractive, they do not make up for the lack of professionalism and respect in the workplace. Management openly tolerates discriminatory behavior, including racism, xenophobia, and gender bias against men.
The company is part of Q-Cells, and its subsidiary, Enfin, finances solar panels sold by third parties. They provide financing secured by homeowners’ properties through liens — often without the homeowner being fully aware. This practice is highly unethical and raises serious concerns.
