Pros

none.. literally none. even the salary they pay you is based on your performance and tasks completed in the current month. just talk to any of their employees and you will understand what I am talking about.

Cons

many. micro management. Miser meaning it squeeze the juice for the every penny it pays. They treat you like they own you and bossism is in their DNA. every employee is with full of attitude and lot of arrogant fights and irritating staff. during interview and onboarding they treat you like a hero but you are trapped, its a different story.. Trust me I did the same mistake and now regretting.

Hi, thanks for the review. Enable data Technologies is a product-based Organization and hence, it planes it's Projects and Sprints based on the Employees availability and by the Employees themselves with the Involvement of the Management. If you were an employee with us, you would have noticed it. There are other perks like Annual Bonus - paid on a Pro Rata bonus and the Amount shared for Virtual connect every month which is not included in the salary package and is apart from the Salary, the Gift Cards that are being given to Employees after the deployment of the Projects. Kindly get your facts correct before tarnishing the hard-earned Image the company has. We have a Leave policy in place and also a tool which tracks the leaves of all the employees, in case of any negative leave balance, only then leaves are denied and all the employees are encouraged to speak with the HR team regarding any leave requirement even in case of negative leave balance. Such issues were not discussed with us rather are being enumerated to fulfil personal vendetta. No employee has been paid less as the Company is a Government Registered company which is legally bound to pay the salary its employees are ought to be paid. kindly get back to the HR team with the Payslip and the issue that you faced so that we can have an open conversation with proofs. Information to the HR about breaks is not a part of the workflow but in case of stepping away from the system in case of personal work for more than 2 hours part from the lunch hour is the basic expectation in any virtual work environment. As long as the tasks are finished in time with deadlines met, no such pressure has been put on employees. Kindly discuss these issues with the HR team so that these can be handled and addressed on time and in the correct platform. All the Best
