Supportive and understanding managers Great staff benefits package Competitive Salary for roles Having worked with Enable Works for close to 5 years this is the most rewarding employer I have worked for that has given me great job satisfaction, career development opportunities and the satisfaction of being able to openly speak about the amazing work our teams across Scotland deliver.

charity is ran like a business, unrealistic targets, little/no support for Employees with health conditions/disabilities, high staff turnover

Holiday pay - can buy holidays Weekends off (when not put on call)

Cons

Hours - work far too much more than expected with little to no thanks, end up doing up to 50 hours plus a week on a 39 hour contract. Workload - more & more added to your never ending workload with no end in sight or proper support on this, you are working like a machine & also covering shifts on a regular basis. On Call - expected to do far & above your contracted On Call, no back up or support is made available for you & the pay of £10 a day is nowhere near enough for the stress of this. Management Support - do not listen correctly & give empty promises of support & say they will action things but won’t. Pay - its far too little for what we are doing in this job.
