Pros
Payment ever week. Overtime available if wanted.
Cons
Bad to downright appalling management team that are more interested in people's apparrell then the quality of bottles leaving the factory (site director opening admits "I know nothing about making bottles") Management very strict on site protocols, such as aapparel, accountability, breaks, except when it applies to themshelves and their equals. Absolutely no communication between management and staff. Little or no chance of career progression due to over abundance of excess manager floating around in menial positions ready to be shoehorned in the nearest proper vacancy regardless of the fact wether they are qualified or even understand the job. As a result people who are qualified for the job are ignored and expected to bring their knew manager up to speed even if that means years or if ever. Career progression also depends on who you are related to and who you are related to.
