Leadership has no training, there’s a huge lack of communication with management and the rest of the team. You’re told you will have a computer sent to you after 90 days, but they never send it. Favoritism is a huge issue. If you’re friends with your supervisor you will get away with no doing your work. The company is growing fast, but they aren’t handling it well at all. You will not get paid for unused PTO if you leave.
