Pros
The fact that I no longer work there. It was close to home, and I had a good shift, but the negatives more than wiped it out.
Cons
Amateur management at all levels. Wretched pay. Favoritism. Zero feedback. Zero training. Zero encouragement. Chinese fire drill approach to daily operations. Manager fired me and never gave a specific reason. Offered me some fake job as a last resort, and I told him if he didn't like me, I had no interest in staying. Could not get out of there fast enough.
