Pros
Mid management and office staff all long standing employees with good team ethics and professionalism. Company tries to be an investor in people and offers good training and career opportunities
Cons
Top management and directors make bad decisions without a care for the consequences. Recruited northern sales director from Scotland who had severe lack of man management, leadership qualities and overall professionalism. Said director lasted 18 months but left a trail of destruction and forced top sales execs to move to competition. Sadly lesson were not learnt and some branches just churn through staff for quick sales
