      Mission-driven culture: They really care about helping make the world better and positively impacting the lives of their customers Global company: With offices in Guatemala and Rio, this is a place where you will quickly get exposure to people, communities, and markets outside of the states Amazing team: The people here have a unique mix of skills and heart and are all 100% dedicated to the mission. It's a company and team you will feel very good about working for.

      Cons

      Need improvement on the blocking and tackling of running a business: strategic planning, budgets, company goals and individual objectives, etc. This is the type of stuff one takes for granted in a larger organization.

      Pros

      - I worked with an amazing team. I learned SO much from the people I got to work with. They were really incredible at what they did, and incredible people. - I got to work on some really cool projects even at an entry-level. - We got to travel a lot for research purposes - I was able to work from home once a week, which really improved my quality of life

      Cons

      The work environment was often high-energy and a bit chaotic, which was hard for me. There was also a huge company shift that happened in the last year, and almost everything about the team and company changed. Also, I know that I was really underpaid for the work I was doing.
