      Nice team mates, good hours and opportunity for overtime, and good communications on strategic direction from senior management.

      Cons

      Line supervisors make promises they don't keep, managers take pay increases for themselves instead of taking care of their resources, little opportunity for advancement and the pay is terrible

      Nice People. Good if you like independence when working. A lot of vacation/personal time.
