While endpoint is a great idea, the execution is that of an elementary group project (put your friends in spots and hope that they succeed & when they don’t - make excuses). You see this routine in the operations org, where favoritism is profound and skillsets are not valued. Though, nepo-babies (4 ppl, who shall remain nameless) have found profound success without a hint of execution.
