Pros

One of the aspects I love most about my role is the opportunity to engage with customers on a daily basis. Whether it's assisting them with inquiries about our products, guiding them through the purchasing process, or addressing any concerns they may have, I find immense fulfillment in helping customers find the perfect sleep solution tailored to their needs.

Cons

In terms of cons, I must admit that there are very few. One minor challenge I've encountered is the occasional influx of inquiries during peak seasons, which can lead to longer wait times for customers. However, Endy is proactive in addressing these issues by implementing efficient systems and processes to streamline customer support during busy periods.
