      Pros

      You get to work from home but they track every key stroke.

      Cons

      They encourage lying on permit applications. The pay is horrible for the amount of pressure placed on employees. No benefits whatsoever. If you don’t fall in line with the President she never speaks to you again.

      A ton of opportunity to grow for A players but if you don’t like change and growth, not for you. Amazing team and management who actually care.
