      Pros

      I had some great coworkers and I learned a lot. If you're one of the top earners at the company you'll be fine, but I didn't work in business development.

      Cons

      Upper management was abusive and I was severely under compensated for the work I did. I wish I'd known better but I was young. There are better companies out there. Seriously, don't, waste your time here.

      Engage fi is a great company to work for. Everyone is friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. The team is full of knowledgeable people, making it a great place to learn and grow. Leadership is supportive and there is a great work/life balance.
