      Pros

      A fast moving start up with tons of opportunity for growth. Team atmosphere is extremely collaborative and open. Additionally, working remotely provides tons of flexibility.

      Cons

      Working with team members who are in different countries/ time zones can be difficult. However, nothing that google calendar can't handle!
