Pros
Engendren is the parent company of IEA LLC., Silver Linings Systems, and ArcRon. They are all located within the same building. As stated in the title, the leadership at Engendren is phenomenal. It is very much an open door policy, all the way up to the CEO/President Jim K. They are open and honest about where the company is going and where it is at, through quarterly company-wide meetings. Absolutely a fast paced environment during increased production times There’s many more pros to say about Engendren and the people that made it my second family. You won’t regret working here, as long as you have a good work ethic.
Cons
There’s really not any cons with working at Engendren, again, as long as you have a good work ethic and are honest about mistakes you’ve made and learn from them, you’ll be fine.
