Pros
Good place for "yes people" with no expectation to work anywhere else.
Cons
Any young engineer looking for a sales career will be forced to sign a covenant not to compete and, despite the fact that it doesn't usually hold up, Engineered Air will make you spend tens of thousands of dollars (upward of $100K in some cases) to leave the company. Word of advise, don't buy into the "Bleed Yellow" mentality that management promotes.
