      1. People are nice 2. Work / Life balance - 4 day work weeks 3. Entry level positions

      1. Money - After leaving this company. I have worked at 3 others doing the same job. I look back at ECS and couldn't believe they robbed me of my life and skills for such low pay. One year, we received a $50 Christmas bonus. 2. You will not move up the ladder. Once you are working in the field, you will stay in the field, forever
