6yThank you for your feedback. We wanted to keep you on our team as you had shown great potential during your first few months on the job. It takes time and effort for a support tech to master the software they are supporting and understand how to best help its users. You were building experience and making great progress in your support role. Unfortunately, you and your support manager could not address certain performance issues. We tried our best to make things work, but in the end you resigned. That was a great disappointment to us. We are sorry it did not work out and wish you well in your career. Since your departure, our growing company is now offering medical benefits, a 401K, as well as team building and professional development opportunities.
