I was hired on with an expectation of interesting work, but I ended up being asked to fill in doing non-engineering tasks a large fraction of my time. I see variety of work as a big advantage of working for a smaller company, but I hope for that to come with the potential for career growth or a sense of meaningful contribution.

The salary is good and I am doing something that I like to do a lot and am also good at.

Hours are long and sometimes it's hard to schedule vacation times because all the spots are filled very quickly all the time.
