      Interesting work, no 2 days are the same.

      Cons

      Too many to list but in a nut shell, HR/upper management has no clue how to handle complaints or maybe they just dont feel like doing their job. Upper management clearly has favorites and it shows. Policies are only applicable to some and they pick and choose which ones they want to follow.

      The benefits are decent if you don't have any health issues

      Cons

      They HEAVILY play favorites, especially on the admin side. If you're not one, it's a living hell. They say it's an "open door" policy, but it's not. No one is responsive to feedback and we were told to "suck it up". Constantly denied sick days and time off request for doctors appointments. It's also supposed to be hybrid, but unless you're a favorite, it doesn't happen
