      A pesar de ser un trabajo a media jornada en una academia de inglés, te pueden llegar a hacer un contrato de hasta 6 horas, de 4 a 10 pm, lo cual se traduce en un sueldo bastante digno para un trabajo a media jornada.

      Cons

      El cambio a clases online fue algo caótico, no nos proporcionaron material y a la mayoría de las profes se nos estropeó el ordenador personal.

      The students are great and there is a lot of autonomy

      Cons

      No holiday pay! I was shocked to learn that Christmas and Easter are unpaid holidays. No end of contract pay - this is standard in the sector but EC don't pay it.

      Strong focus on teachers and students, because the owners are themselves teachers and the organization is a small, personal one

      Cons

      There is a glass ceiling from day one, just like in most teaching jobs. The job responsibilities do not change.
