Structure and change management is a struggle here. We move quickly and that breeds some mistakes here and there, but the team leads, managers and leaders are never ones to fault you for it. Try and try again!

Management Disregard: Management frequently appears to disregard or dismiss input and valuable contributions from their team members. Focus on Connections over Skill: The hiring and advancement culture seems to be based more on personal connections ("who you know") rather than an individual's experience, skills, and qualifications. High Turnover & Negative Environment: The company experiences constant employee turnover, and there is a noticeable presence of negative "behind-the-door" conversations and office gossip.
