Sales employees are compensated well compared to the industry with a base salary, accelerating commissions, and performance bonuses and given many opportunities to sell diverse products.
Cons
Enhance a Colour has a customer driven, sales performance culture where sales employees are measured on total sales and performance against personal sales goals, which are agreed to prior to new sales staff joining, or during one on one sales performance reviews. Sales rep turnover is high for non-performing reps.
