Enhatch is a great company at the intersection of AI, Surgery, and 3D Printing. Huge opportunity to make an impact in medicine.

Can't think of any at the moment

I've been with the company over 3 years since they acquired our assets in 2015 (12 years total) and am even more excited to work here now than I was when I first joined the team. The direction the company is going is cutting edge and very exciting. CEO is passionate and driven as is the Co-owner. Both are firm but fair, as they expect excellence from everyone in order to grow the way we need to as a company. The current team is very professional, cohesive, and more streamlined than ever.

We're still experiencing typical growing pains of a tech start-up, but that only helps us grow. We've had to "trim the fat" a few times in order to find the right team (hence the negative reviews) so there have been some frustrating times where the work load feels very unbalanced. This has been greatly improved as of late. The work load can be overwhelming at times, especially if you have a family. But we're here to work and grow this company into something amazing. If you don't want to work, don't apply.
