      Pros

      Very good company for young professional starting career in the oil ad gas Particular when it came's to training program. I had a priceless experience with Eni, The training program was very enhanced and prestigious. I really appreciate them for that.

      Cons

      Lake of communication is the biggest issue that I have noted, during My experience with them. How I am suppose to plan my life if I Don't even Know what I am going to do in the following week?
