      Eni has been an excellent place to work and grow professionally, offering flexibility, the chance to change roles within the company, opportunities to work remotely, and also the possibility to take international assignments.

      At the same time, one limitation I have experienced is that vertical career progression can sometimes be slow, which is one of the reasons why I am now motivated to look for new challenges
