      Pros

      Big problem to solve using big data and machine learning. Lots of energy and passion around the mission. People are wonderful to work with. Company is growing fast so a great time to be there.

      Cons

      Still very much a startup, tends to move very fast, could be uncomfortable for some. The team is mostly engineers, culture can be little nerdy.
