Senior management is poor at strategic planning, culture of the various acquisitions causes a lot of strife (no real effort to meld cultures). This led to many budget issues and conflicts, resulting in the usual (layoffs) and a consistent "not my fault" attitude. You do not want to get stuck in this culture.
