Pros

There are people at Enprecis that really are good to work with. It's a small company, so everybody knows everyone. With an overhaul of leadership, this company still could do great things.

Cons

Management is comprised of smart technical people, but unfortunately, they missed a few days in management 101. There are instances of managers and directors talking negatively about employees in meetings behind said employees' backs, managers inappropriately criticizing employees in front of other employees, and managers openly talking negatively about former employees on a personal level. To add to this, there is very little direction to the company's technology issues. One person says one thing and then is contradicted by another in a week. There is a staggering amount of technical debt, and it is a serious risk to the future of the company.

Pros

The technologies are really cool and the vast majority of the employees are very smart and hard-working. The international nature of the business can make things fun and challenging. Employees are supported by each other and there are a few key people who work very hard to engender a family atmosphere.

Cons

Overall business strategies and priorities are unclear and ever-changing. This creates a lot of chaos for management trying to define plans. The financial picture is also unclear, which doesn't allow the company to invest in itself and address issues with outdated technology.
