Pros
Smaller teams make for more weight on your opinion so you can get more experience and exposure. Everyone around here is really friendly and will do their best to be of assistance. The company is pretty supportive when it comes to your own personal interests in tech: ex. If you were more interested in server side they would put you into the respective teams to help you pursue your interests (within reason).
Cons
This is a small/medium-sized company there are some things that will be different in terms of project organization/meetings. Project Managers do their best to follow agile development process, however because of our team size and work flow we sometimes have problems organizing.
