      Pros

      There are some great co-workers to work with. They are always willing to help you out, and are experienced and likeable. The projects and subject material that you work on/with is cutting edge and very interesting.

      Cons

      The upper management is unfocused. They lie about the status of the company over and over again, such that you cannot trust anything that they say. Also, the profitability of the company is highly dependent on other slow-moving companies, such as Comcast. This means that the realization, and checkpoints, of Ensequence's financials is highly dependent on the bureaucracy of these corporations, and not on the ability or expertise of Ensequence's staff.

      Ensequence is an amazing company with great technology, intelligent people, and an outstanding product! Since Ensequence has been around for over 15 years they have the stability of an established company, but the culture of a start-up. - Above average health benefits - Good culture and nice work life balance - Upper management listens to your feedback - Opportunity to work with friendly, intelligent, and high integrity colleagues

      Ensequence is no exception to the problems of most fast-paced, entrepreneurial companies; things move fast so mistakes can happen. - No 401K Match - Pay Could Be More Competitive

      Pros

      Small family feel, where everyone knows each other and work together to solve problems. Work-life balance is good, we work hard when necessary but not overly stressful. When you do a good job it's easy for others to take notice and the company is good about promoting this type of behavior.

      Cons

      Some ruts are in place and it takes time to break out of the old and find a better routine/method. Some people are allowed to coast and not do top quality work.
