Pros
It's a good place to have your first IT job. The people is nice, you have a good salary for a trainee and you have a lot of oportunities to learn. It's a relaxed workspace. They won't push you to finish things. Paid in USD and remote. There's a little flexibility to select your work hours.
Cons
You probably won't get a pay raise after the first year. Many coworkers leave the company in the second/third year because of that. You don't get any special benefit (for example, paid or relevant certifications).
