Pros
Company is nice and international, colleagues in teams were really nice and helpful, I could learn a lot and grow significantly professionally. Work from home possible and exceptional work-life balance
Cons
Salary could have been higher, upon negatiatin there was not really a way to understand what was the range of the people in the same position. Career growth withink the company does not seem really feasable.
