Pros
There is great camaraderie within the department and everyone has a positive attitude. The remodeled office is very sleek and modern, it even includes adjustable desk so you can stand at your work station. The new managers company wide are great and are always willing to help. Benefits are fantastic. Overall a great workplace.
Cons
Growth opportunities within the company is available but hadn't quite been encouraged by prior management. You had to be a motivated individual and have short term and long term goals and not be afraid to take initiative to reach out to upper management to collaborate on achieving them. The new managers now however take special notice of those individuals and take more of a proactive approach to aid in career growth within the company.
