      If you get this job walking out of school you will learn a lot. You will level up in Solidworks

      Cons

      Many of the things done here aren't "industry standard" Lots of micromanaging Lots of monotonous/intern type of work i.e making drawings, documentation, BOMs, etc

      Pros

      Snacks on Friday. Extremely easy work - you won’t be engineering you’ll be CAD detailing

      Cons

      Awful management leading to missed deadlines, unclear expectations and rude interactions. Leaders don’t know how to lead. Management gives engineering advice while not being an actual engineer. No room for growth. Micro-management all the way down to the nuts and bolts. No freedom. Also the kind of company that lays people off the day before Thanksgiving. Your ideas won’t mean anything and your intelligence will be insulted if you suggest anything different.
