      Pros

      A lot of good experience with dealing with customers, learning how to run the back end of a business. I also got some outside sales experience and marketing myself and the business.

      Cons

      Not much upward mobility because of limited management positions. Positions usually open up once someone quits or finds another job. Pay structure is not very good, unless your a manager.

      I am very satisfied of working this job. I have been worked for many years and I am willing to work again for this company

      I don't have any complaints. The management is very good, support team. Also the other colleges are very nice

      Pros

      The people you work with here will be the best part. Not many people can stay in a highly customer service based retail setting for many years. You will get plenty of work hours and experience right out of school doing the management trainee program

      Cons

      The retail hour can be quite demanding and you're often washing cars in nice clothing. The customer service piece is the hardest part to handle since people can spout off about a number of things.
