      Good diverse team of consultants with various projects in Life Sciences, Pharma, and Medical Device industries. Good management team in which you can learn from and grow with. Plenty of training and leadership opportunities.

      Cons

      Depending on your project, there may be a lot of travel involved.

      bonuses tied to company performance. even if you are individually doing well, your bonus is impacted if the company is not doing well overall.
