Pros
Exposure to a wide variety of projects and industries. A decent place to start your career and build a foundation in business software and consulting — but not suitable for long-term growth. Opportunity to work directly with clients and gain hands-on experience early on. Some supportive colleagues and collaborative teams, depending on the department. The company is well known and stable in the Greek market.
Cons
Extremely poor project and HR management. Based on my personal experience, intimidation and threats were used. I was directly threatened with a salary reduction as a means of pressure — completely unacceptable. Talented individuals who could bring positive change are often ignored or even pushed aside. Minimal investment in employee development or structured career paths. Salaries are extremely low compared to workload and responsibility. Outdated technologies, legacy systems, and a bureaucratic, rigid mindset. No clear vision for employee growth — promotions and recognition are rare and inconsistent. Micromanagement is common and there is no culture of trust or empowerment.
