Pros

Until the CEO left in early 2018, it was a fun, focused and highly collaborative company.

Cons

The new guys that came in to run the company ruined it. No clue about the company, customers or culture. The management team left and the company went under less than a year later

Pros

EntireNet is a small company that does its best to treat employees well. Competitive benefits and pay. The best part is they really do their best to keep employees feeling valued and listened to. They have regular full-staff online meetings, with food for those who come into the office. Most of the work is offsite, and mostly on Microsoft main campus, but they go out of their way to let you feel welcome in the EntireNet office.

Cons

Most of EntireNet's work is through contracts with Microsoft, which means when Microsoft downsizes, EntireNet has virtually no other work to give its employees. When I worked there they were trying very hard to gain contracts with other companies, but if you are in the Seattle Eastside area, Microsoft is pretty much the only game in town. That makes EntireNet vulnerable to laying off folks when Microsoft downsizes (which is why I no longer work for EntireNet -- Microsoft downsized and ended contracts for thousands of contractors in mid 2014, including me and other EntireNet staff). I was very sad to leave them. I hope they have succeeded in expanding since 2014.
