      Could pay above-average salary for people with experience Good exposure to new web technologies Inexperienced employees can learn a lot Day shift job for most employees Breakfast and dinner is provided

      Only 1 day work-from-home per week Expected to work on weekends with no pay or comp off Don't care if employee has to travel in traffic 70-90 minutes to reach home After office hours, employee expected to again work from home until 11-12 midnight during deployments Huge disparity in employee salaries

      The people are great. Unfortunately, many of my peers in the US did not survive.

      Cons

      Trying to break into the US market was incredibly difficult, particularly without a proven and tried sales process in place.
