Pros
The coworkers, the pay was higher than average, lower level leadership is fantastic for the most part.
Cons
HR does not have the wherewithal to help employees being harassed by other employees. The CEO lacks direction and his subordinates are sycophants who don't know how to say no to bad ideas. Keeps throwing products at walls to see what sticks instead of listening to their customer base, therefore reducing profitability.
