Poor place to work - Accountant Enva Employee Review

Salaries are competitive - as at the time I worked there it was owned by an american private equity firm.

the company doesn't understand how to manage people.

Enva has excellent values and is supportive of my personal development. Many of the team have been with the company for years which creates a unified culture. Equally, customers are also long standing which is fantastic to see. Leadership provides clear direction. Thank you Enva
