Pros
- the management is super chill, so if you ever have problems or concerns they're really supportive and accommodating to work with you. If you are on the brink of getting fired, they give you a number of chances to improve. - Flexible clock in time, it's GREAT for scheduling appointments - Benefits and the ability to work from essentially anywhere in the office - The people in management are marketing savvy, and know their stuff. - Great location for going out to lunches
Cons
- EXTREMELY cliquey. If you don't get along with one of the cliques immediately when you get there, it will be horrible fitting in. - Favortism. If you've been there for 2+ years then it doesn't really matter if you're snarky to fellow coworkers, it goes overlooked and dismissed as "miscommunication" - Disrespect, smack talking, and alienating among crowdfunding department. Creating certain slack channels to purposefully exclude other people. I personally was trash talked by a coworker on slack. - Everyone seemed to be on some sort of diet/workout trend all the time, which led to some of the alienation. - Definitely was underpaid for my position.
