      Nice people and diverse clients

      Cons

      Zero job security at all. They do yearly lay offs, so you never know if you will have a job each year. They do the layoffs at the end of the year, near Christmas. President is too full of himself

      Always something different to work on. Learning about different product categories and what matters to each.

      Work mostly with startups and inventors that don't have large budgets, and don't always commercialize successfully.
