This is the best place I have ever worked. I have been here over 18 years and do not plan on ever leaving. This is a company were everyone has wants to do their best. They take personal ownership and pride in their job. There is a family atmosphere do to the longevity of most of the employees. The turn-over rate is negligible do the great work environment. Once you start working here, you will not want to leave. 1. Employee owned company 2. 401k 3. Health insurance 4. Great company benefits 5. No micro-management

There was no micro-management from leadership.

The company wasn’t very sure of its identity, so it let people who had product knowledge become leaders rather than those who knew how to lead.
