Was not micromanaged, Learned several new systems, had the best coworkers at one time.

Operation manager had no backbone. Was a coward would not stand up for his good employees who worked so hard for him and made him look good and the HR manager is evil and volatile and feels threatened by anybody who questions her or pushes back.

The pay is decent. Most of the people are good to work with.

The company has no structure and is very disorganized. The West Coast department is a toxic work environment due to a very difficult person there. There's no guidance or feedback. The owner micromanages and does not have the ability to structure the company to get operations running smooth. Some very bad hiring decisions made work difficult for everyone.
