Fun work, heavy, but manageable work load.

Pay could be better, time off is lacking.

Nothing. It is a terrible place to work.

Everything is a con at this place. I have some information that could get some people fired but I will keep that to myself (for now). I don't know how much longer I will last at this place. It's terrible and they do sketchy stuff in the field when putting up buildings. Safety is NOT first!
