      Great work life balance. Friendly environment.

      Cons

      Low pay for the amount of work assigned Promotions/hikes are awarded not based on performance, but solely based on years of experience even for low performers. That seems really unfair. Also, a promotion doesn't mean more pay. With or without promotion, you'll get the same hike. Outdated technologies.

      The building was nice, I guess.

      Cons

      Utterly disorganized and dirty office. Management has no empathy, always angry and rude. No training was provided.
