Pros
This is a fantastic opportunity for engineering trainee students to gain valuable experience while broadening their prospects. Students can also visit their factories to see and learn about the industry's real world. Don't be worried; the work schedule here is highly flexible, and you can manage your own time. Students are never abused to fulfil personal needs or to force them to start leaving their field. Furthermore, the knowledge shared is of superior value and beneficial in terms of training students to become capable of meeting the criteria demanded by the industry sector. As well as, for Muslim students, don't ever be worried because they are very respectful of prayer times and never, ever disrespect different races.
Cons
Cons will take place when we deal with customers all day and night, and complicated projects will appear unexpectedly. Working in a high-stress environment is common when you work here. Meanwhile, you won't have time to rest until midnight just to successfully complete technical drawings and other paperwork because of the extra working shifts and customers who expect it right away. Furthermore, many non-specific engineering sectors from the field of engineering that we study are implemented here, and that is not a waste but a benefit to us because we can learn many things at the same time. I do not even think these are all making me doing a bad decision or wasting my time because it all benefits me greatly.
